Managing your state of being is a really important thing to be able to do when circumstances that are not so pleasant happen. We all pretty much know that we really can’t control events in our life or stop bad things from happening. Of course our behavior and things we do can have a big impact on events in general, but I am taking about stuff that we never saw coming and hits us like a ton of bricks.
